A member of our engineering team is able to remotely connect to your device and assist you with making any changes within the app to help bring your hand back to top condition, all in real-time.
This innovative feature is an industry-first and can be accessed by logging a request to book a session, which generates a unique pin that allows our team access to adjust the hand’s settings. More information on this process can be found in this tutorial.
